The Avalon Center provides professional training on services offered, the dynamics of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault, best practices in working with survivors to Law Enforcement, the Medical Community, Department of Children’s Services, etc.
The Avalon Center provides education, information, and presentations to the community and other organizations in the Avalon Center service area.
The Avalon Center provides education and prevention programs in the schools system and youth oriented groups by presenting age-appropriate presentations that focus on information about Avalon Center’s services, domestic violence, sexual assault, safety, and gender respect.
